The ideal candidate possesses the following abilities:
* Prior experience in a bookkeeping role that worked with: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Bank Reconciliations.
* Proactive and detailed oriented in work prepared and presented.
* Ability to work in a team to complete projects together with regular communication and cohesiveness.
* Ability to multitask in a productive manner.
* Insight into the payroll process including wages, benefits and reporting.
* Moderate skill set in Microsoft Excel with the ability to demonstrate that skill set.
* Understanding and able to apply general accounting principles as it related to preparing journal entries for month end accruals is preferred.
Pay: $27.00 - $30 per hour
