Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing strategy for our large-scale residential drug and alcohol treatment facility and program. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand awareness, attract clients, and position our facility as a leader in the treatment and recovery industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in substance use disorder treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with the overall mission and goals of the treatment facility.
-Brand Management: Oversee the positioning and messaging of the brand to ensure consistency and alignment across all platforms and communications.
-Market Research: Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target demographics to inform marketing strategies.
-Digital Marketing: Drive the digital marketing strategy, including website management, SEO, social media engagement, and online advertising to boost visibility and outreach.
-Community Engagement: Foster relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral sources to promote the facility's services and ensure a network of support.
-Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including promotional materials, educational resources, and communications that resonate with both clients and stakeholders.
-Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure efficient allocation of resources across marketing initiatives.
-Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of creativity and collaboration.
-Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
-Compliance:** Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or substance abuse treatment sector.
- Specific experience in the drug and alcohol treatment industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive client acquisition and retention.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
- Passion for helping individuals in recovery and a commitment to promoting integrated, compassionate care.
