Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist – Katy, TX

We’re searching for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dynamic, SLP-owned practice in Katy, TX . Work in an environment where your expertise and passion for helping children can shine!

Position overview:

• Full-time annual compensation: $78k-$80k+ (based on experience and scheduled hours)
• Hourly compensation: $45-$50 (based on experience and scheduled hours)
• Full-time and part-time options available!
• School-based hours available: Primarily clinic-based, but we’re open to school hours for those interested in a dual clinic/school setting.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and family goals
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure progress continues at home
• Use a gold standard EMR system for record-keeping
• Built-in documentation time within your scheduled hours

Qualifications:

• Active or pending Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Ability to work in Katy, TX
• Passionate about pediatric therapy with a strong interest in learning myofunctional and feeding therapy
• Must be available at least one full (8hr) day or *OR* two days in the evening until 6pm to support after school needs
