Honeybee Hires is looking for a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in San Ramon, CA , who is ready to thrive in a clinic environment that offers mentorship, advanced leadership, and a focus on myofunctional therapy and literacy. Position overview:

• $85k-$115k DOE
• Clinic-based, in person
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services for a range of conditions, such as articulation, language delay, feeding difficulties and more!
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary (OT/ST) team
• Involve and educate the child's care team in their therapy program to encourage carryover in home
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet individual goals
• Adapt therapy plans to ensure progress and goal attainment
• Foster a positive, supportive environment for children’s growth and development

Qualifications:

• Active or pending California Speech-Language Pathology license
• Willingness to learn myofunctional therapy
• Ability to work in-person in San Ramon, CA
• An energetic & child-friendly personality - ready to build relationships with kids and have fun in a multidisciplinary therapeutic setting! Must be a flexible thinker and ready to get creative in therapy.
